The Team Sepi concept was born in 1994, only 2 years after “Hurricane Andrew”. At that time the founder, Rick Hernandez, established Sepi Corporation, on October 4, 1994. Approximately 5 years later the company’s name was officially changed to Sepi Painting & Waterproofing, Inc. Through the years Sepi Painting & Waterproofing has evolved into a full service design and construction group. We have since added Sepi Construction DBA to our Team.

Team Sepi is comprised of Licensed State Certified General Contractor, Licensed Painting and Waterproofing Contractor, Degreed Architects, and Licensed Decorating Contractors. Our combined experience will insure that our clients get the very best in service and professionalism. We are a family owned and operated company big enough to handle the largest projects and small enough to care. We are located in Miami, however, we will travel to meet your requirements. Your satisfaction is our goal.
